The quite is almost eerie, I feel like I'm the only one around . The ground is untouched a clean slate. I go wake up the rest of the house and tell them to listen, their expression tells me they know, smiles break across our faces . We rush through breakfast and bring out the winter gear. Sunglasses, sunscreen, gloves , silk long johns and riding boots .
The barn is warm and inviting. Quickly feeding the horses so they can eat while we groom them. The smell of hay and leather is heaven . Brushing his coat wrapping his legs using the wool and gel saddle pad and my favorite saddle. Mounted up we are ready for a morning of fresh snow riding. The doors open and my heart races as I squeeze him forward and we are in the snow

Lovely details, but I wanting more from this description. Make the reader feel like they're there with you, in that barn with that horse. I want to visually see him snort, breathe out the fresh winter air. I love that you have the people of the house "listen" but what are they listening for? What does the snow feel like or sound like underneath your feet? What types of noises are the horses making as they eat? These are all questions that could be resolved using strong descriptions. Show me, don't just tell me. :)
